Additional Information:
Pick ups done from 9:00pm-2:00am will incur a midnight surcharge of PHP300 payable directly to the driver
Transfers are limited to Mactan and Cebu City only. Additional surcharges will apply if pick up or drop off locations are outside of Mactan or Cebu City, to be paid directly to the driver. Operator will reconfirm the surcharge amount in advance
The package only includes a one way transfer. Please book the return journey separately
For departure transfers, the driver will wait for you up to 15 minutes from your scheduled pick up time
For arrival transfers, the transfer coordinator will wait for you up to 2 hours from flight landing time
If you are unreachable after the waiting time, it will be considered a 'no show'. The driver will leave and no refund will be issued
How To Use
You can present either a printed or a mobile voucher for this activity
The voucher is valid only on the tour date and time specified
For airport pick ups, the driver will be waiting at the arrival hall with a signboard of the customer's name. If you do not see your transfer coordinator, please contact the Klook hotline
For hotel pick ups, please wait in your hotel lobby for your driver
For departure transfers, please be at the hotel lobby 10 minutes prior to scheduled pick up time
If you are unable to redeem the service due to delays caused by unforeseen circumstances and you message within 2 hours of landing, a full refund will be issued
